Ferguson-Florissant, Hazelwood Graduation Rates Increase

Both school districts stay on par with the state to have a rise in graduation rates.

and school districts each increased their graduation rate percentages during the 2011-2012 school year, according to the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Ferguson-Florissant increased its rate from 85 percent in 2010-2011 to 87.1 percent in 2011-2012, while Hazelwood ramped up from 82.9 in 2010-2011 to 86.1 in 2011-2012.

The districts fall in line with the state’s increasing rate from 86.5 in 2010-2011 to 87.4
