First Bank Announces Key Promotion In St. Louis Area

First Bank has promoted Lauren Treat to Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Development Officer – Midwest. Her office will be located at First Bank’s Hazelwood Operational Center, 600 James S. McDonnell Blvd.

Treat, who has more than five years of banking experience, previously served as Community Banking Officer, Branch Manager at First Bank’s Florissant-Dierbergs location.

In her new role, Treat will lead First Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act activities in the St. Louis area by strengthening partnerships with not-for-profit organizations, governmental agencies, and other community-based groups. She will also be responsible for promoting small business and mortgage lending across the region.

Treat has a BA in psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. She is a member of the Greater North County Chamber of Commerce, St. Louis Regional Unbanked Task Force (Bank On Save Up) and the Financial Education Collaborative (Money Smart Week St. Louis).

Treat lives in Florissant, Missouri.
