Florissant Hosts Seminar on Home Improvement Loan for Residents

Florissant residents have an opportunity to learn firsthand about the city’s Home Improvement program Thursday night.

The city’s community development office will host the seminar for homeowners at 6 p.m. in the .

The office is providing no-interest loans with a maximum of $5,000 to qualifying homeowners for repairs and code violations on their homes. Priority is given to low-income households, according to the city’s press release.

The city will begin accepting applications May 1 and conclude May 31. Applications can be pickup up from the city’s government building or online.
