Florissant Municipal Court to be Closed on Thursday

In observance of Judge Tim Kelly's funeral, court services will be shut down.

The City of Florissant has announced that court services will be closed Thursday morning in observance of the funeral services for Municipal .

Kelly passed away on Saturday at the age of 63. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Kelly died due to complications with his diabetes.

Visitation takes place for Kelly Wednesday, 2-9 p.m. at , and his funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at .
