A burglary and a case of arson make the cut for this week's crimes.
April 28
Police responded to the report of a second-degree burglary in the 500 block of Myrtle. Police discovered criminals stole copper pipes as well as the copper metal from an air conditioning unit. Â Police have not identified any possible suspects.

Police and the fire department responded to a fire at 2500 Stirrup. Upon arrival at the scene, it was discovered that a pickup truck and boat had been set on fire. The case remains under investigation.
