Police responded to a first-degree burglary in the 3600 block of Birchbark. A resident heard a knock at the rear door around 11:30 a.m., and in his investigation discovered a man running from the house. The burglar then got into a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo with another man, and fled the scene. The police haven’t announced any suspects in the case.
