Thieves attempted to burglarize a residence in the 2700 block of Sorrell. Police discovered a screen removed from a garage window to enter the residence, but no break in was achieved. No suspects have been named in the case.

A business in the 14000 block of New Halls Ferry reported a burglary overnight. Three men broke in a side window but didn’t take anything. No suspects have been named in the investigation.
Police received a robbery report in the 800 block of St. Francois. A robber approached the victim while making a deposit for their business at a bank. The robber showed what the victim believed to be a weapon, and he demanded the deposit. No one was injured, and the police have no suspects.

Police responded to a theft in the 1st block of Radford. A thief stole a gun from a car overnight. No suspects have been named.
