Florissant VFW 4105 Hosts Sept. 11 Anniversary Event

will host a Sept. 11 anniversary event Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the post’s meeting room. The celebration will mark the 11^th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center towers and Pentagon.

Mayor Tom Schneider is the invited featured speaker for the event.

All citizens, especially veterans and veteran service organizations, are invited to attend the public event in remembrance of those who lost their lives and gave their lives that day.

According to a press release, the Florissant, Hazelwood and St. Louis County as well as the Florissant Valley and Black Jack were invited to the event.

The event will be held at the post meeting room at 410 rue St. Francois.
