Florissant Woman Injured in Crash on Blanchette Bridge

A Florissant woman suffered minor injuries in a car accident on the Blanchette Bridge Friday night.

Caryn Hill of Florissant stopped her car behind a stranded motorist on Interstate 70, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. A Honda Civic, driving behind her, veered to avoid striking Hill’s car, but ended up striking hers and another car.

All drivers wore seatbelts, according to the report, but Hill was taken to St. Joseph East Hospital.
