Free Hispanic Festival in beautiful Soulard Park right next to Soulard market! Free admission but bring cash for foods, drinks, crarfts, etc. There will be a childrens pavilion with a petting zoo. Many different Latin dance groups and bands with lots of delicious Latin foods and drinks.
