Hazelwood Central Freshman's Classical Talent Takes Her to the Top
Rachel Antoinette Morgan has performed several classical pieces for audiences throughout St. Louis metro area.

- Accomplishment: Rachel was selected as a pianist to entertain for The Legacy and Evolution of Gospel Music event at Sheldon Concert Hall recently. She performed Chopin’s Fantasie Impromptu in C-Sharp Minor, Op. 66.
- Key to Awesomeness: Since she was a young girl, Rachel has practiced her piano talent and has had a number of accomplishments along the way. She won the junior talent competition of the Preteen Missouri Scholarship and Recognition Program, first runner-up in talent for the Preteen America National Competition and tied for first in senior talent portion of the Preteen National Scholarship and Recognition Program. Rachel also plays cello for the Hazelwood Central symphonic orchestra. She aspires to become a professional pianist. She’s also been selected to represent the state’s jurisdiction at the 104th Assembly of The International Convocation of the Church of God in Christ, Oct. 31-Tuesday.Â
