TRI Architects requested the amendment to add a Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant to the outlot building, which would be placed next door to Panda Express.

TRI Architects presenter Jeff Kaiser said that the group could consider a commercial-grade steel fence, but Call said he wouldn’t support the fence as it should be a stronger structure to protect against cars possibly coming toward customers.
