Joe Eagan, Pat Stinnett To Be Sworn in at Council Meeting
The Florissant City Council will have a full council for the first time since April.
Florissant City Council will have a full council Monday night when and are sworn into their new council positions.
Since April, the City Council has had a vacancy in the Ward 3 seat after Tom Schneider won the seat of the mayor. Andrew Podleski has continued the duties of the Ward 6 councilor as the election resulted in a tie.
On Aug. 2, Eagan and Stinnett won the Ward 3 and Ward 6 races, respectively, in a special election.
