Lending A Hand Where Needed

St. Louis Celebrity Seniors, Inc raise funds to help other nonprofit organizations meet their financial and manpower deficits.

St. Louis Celebrity Seniors, Inc. organized in 1986 at St Louis City Regional Medical Center.It is estimated that more than a million dollars has been donated in time, talent, and money to support community health needs over a span of several years.

During the earlier years one of the auxiliary’s major fundraisers was their Gifts β€˜N More Gift Shop located in the main lobby at ConnectCare. Since then, they diligently raise funds by bake sales, raffles, traveling, conducting Neighborhoodd Flea Markets and Jazz/ Blues Brunches.


St. Louis Celebrity Seniors, Inc. were once named Greater St. Louis Auxiliary, Inc. (GSLAUX) and before that they were called St. Louis ConnectCare Auxiliary. No matter how many name changes they’ve undergone, their objective of serving the community has never changed. 13590435_10154240688553168_4621835975816

During the time they were known as St Louis ConnectCare Auxiliary, they presented ConnectCare’s administration $30,000 to purchase two outdoor electronic message boards.Subsequently, ConnectCare closed in 2013.
ConnectCare’s loss became CHIPS Health and Wellness Center’s youth group: CLUB CHIPS gain because they were the proud recipients of a $12,500 check in 2014.This partnership opened opportunities for GSAUX to support CHIPS Youth Leadership Development, Healthcare Beyond Walls Programs, and clinical services.

There’s much more work to be done as St. Louis Celebrity Seniors, Inc. continually identify organizations in need of volunteers and funding. All donations are appreciated and the willing helpful spirit of mankind prevails.
