St. Louis Celebrity Seniors, Inc. were once named Greater St. Louis Auxiliary, Inc. (GSLAUX) and before that they were called St. Louis ConnectCare Auxiliary. No matter how many name changes theyβve undergone, their objective of serving the community has never changed.
During the time they were known as St Louis ConnectCare Auxiliary, they presented ConnectCareβs administration $30,000 to purchase two outdoor electronic message boards.Subsequently, ConnectCare closed in 2013.
ConnectCareβs loss became CHIPS Health and Wellness Centerβs youth group: CLUB CHIPS gain because they were the proud recipients of a $12,500 check in 2014.This partnership opened opportunities for GSAUX to support CHIPS Youth Leadership Development, Healthcare Beyond Walls Programs, and clinical services.
