Man Charged With Florissant Officer Shooting Has Day in Court

will face his first day in court Tuesday morning.

Brian Lamont Cannon Jr. will have his pretrial conference Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Louis County Courthouse.

Cannon was arrested and charged soon following the shooting incident of Officer Vernon more than one month ago.

Vernon continues his rehabilitation and a number of fundraisers continue to be held to aid him and his family.
