November Ballot Set for Judge Election

The ballot for the Nov. 8 special election has officially been set.

Attorney and will face off for the seat of Florissant municipal judge.

Filing closed Tuesday, and City Clerk Karen Goodwin said Boyle and Kelly returned their petitions and were cleared by the election board.

The election follows the untimely death of , who served as the municipal judge for 30 years.

Candidate Kevin Kelly is the brother of the late judge.
