By Design is celebrating their 5th year of business and 3rd year of the By Design School of Fashion in Alton, IL. An Open House to show the newly remodeled space will be Saturday, January 18, 9am - 4pm.
Owner Lillian Bates, "All classes, sewing and otherwise, are geared towards fashion with a strong artistic bend."
As well as the school, By Design creates custom clothing for clients. One of the newest offerings of this boutique is the selling of Fabric.
