Poll: Would You Support a New Florissant TIF?

With the redevelopment of Plaza Madrid seemingly hinging on a TIF, what do you think about the possibility?

The group said that it would need $4.5 million in tax increment financing (TIF) to be able to make the project work.

Last week, the Florissant City Council had its first reading on a bill that would update the city's TIF process to comply with the state's process, according to the Independent News.

In previous years, the l has been conservative and stern in reviewing any TIFs or community improvement districts (CIDs) for the city.
