Joe Eagan, Pat Stinnett Win Election Bids
Ward 3 and Ward 6 have new council representatives.
It's been a long, hot summer of campaigning, and it's come down to Tuesday night.
Joe Eagan won the seat in Ward 3, while Pat Stinnett, after a tied vote in April, has won in Ward 6.
