Community Update

Have you changed the oil in your car recently?  Probably sometime within the last 3 months I would suspect.

Now, think about your body.  Have you changed the "oil" inside of YOU recently?  

Our body needs the same attention and care that we give our vehicles, in fact, it needs a bunch more!  It's a good idea to clean out your system a couple times per year in order to keep it running it tip-top shape.
