Hazelwood West High School Offering College Planning 101 Workshop Oct. 4

The Guidance Department at Hazelwood West High School is hosting College Planning 101, a workshop for students planning to attend college after graduating from high school. All students in the District are welcome to attend, including homeschool students.

College Planning 101 is Oct. 4 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the auditorium. The workshop will address topics such as options for post-secondary education, preparing for college while in high school, taking the ACT or SAT college entrance exams, completing college applications, applying for financial aid and more.

An admissions representative from the University of Missouri-Columbia will lead the workshop.
