HSD High Schools Offering Sports Physicals for Students

The (HSD) is offering sports physicals for students at each high school in preparation for the upcoming school year.

All athletes who intend to play a school-sponsored sport must have a current sports physical on file. The cost for district physicals is $20. Only cash is accepted, according to a HSD statement.

will offer physicals on July 18 from Noon to 3 p.m. It will also offer physicals on August 8 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. No appointment is necessary.

Hazelwood Central High School will have physicals on July 20 from Noon to 5 p.m. in the training room. Physicals are open to all Hazelwood student athletes. To schedule an appointment, call (314) 953-5400.

Hazelwood East High School is offering physicals on three dates:

– July 28 from 4 to 6 p.m.

– August 8 from Noon to 2:30 p.m.

– August 16 from 3 to 5:30 p.m.

No appointment is necessary.
