PROMO Endorses Walsh for State Senate
PROMO supports Gina Walsh for the State Senate District 13 Democratic primary
Spanish Lake, MO — Today, PROMO PAC, representing the LGBT community throughout the State of Missouri endorsed former State Rep. Gina Walsh for the State Senate District 13 Democratic primary on Tuesday, August 7th.

PROMO's goals are to help LGBT Missourians create a supportive and visible community, become active in the democratic process, and work for their equal protection under the law. PROMO builds community awareness and grassroots support for LGBT equality and increase civic participation of LGBT Missourians.
“PROMO PAC is dedicated to identifying strong, viable supporters who support the fair treatment of the LGBT community under the law. Gina had always maintained strong support as a State Representative and we look forward to working with her as the new State Senator for the 13th District", stated A.J. Bockelman, Executive Director, PROMO.

Walsh accepted the endorsement, noting that she was “humbled and honored” by the support. “Life should be about inclusion, fairness, tolerance and respect of each other and that is why I am honored to receive the endorsement of PROMO.” said Rep. Walsh.
Gina added “I always stand up for the civil rights of all citizens. I will fight for full equality for all Missourians and in the State Senate I will be a champion for the rights of all people in North St. Louis County.”
