The Hazelwood PTA Council is collecting recipes for a Scholarship Cookbook from PTAs, schools, teachers, staff, families and friends.
Recipes can fall in to any category - appetizers, main dishes, soups, salads, desserts, healthy foods, non-allergy recipes, diabetic dishes, etc.

Include your school name, your name and phone number just in case council members have questions. For those people without access to e-mail, please mail or deliver your recipes to the address below.
