School Administrators (MSAPAC) Endorses Gina Walsh for State Senate

Florissant, MO β€” The Missouri School Administrators Political Action Committee (MSAPAC) has endorsed Gina Walsh for the 2012 primary election for State Senate in District 13.Β  MSAPAC endorsees candidates based on their support of public education, according to Kurt Keller, Chairman of MSAPAC and principal at Owensville High School.

β€œGina represents the type of person that we need to stand up for Missouri’s public schools in Jefferson City,” said Keller.Β  β€œEducation is always a hot topic in the General Assembly and electing Gina Walsh is going to benefit the communities, residents and students of North St. Louis County.”

MSAPAC is comprised of four statewide school administrator organizations, including the MO Association of School Administrators, the MO Association of Elementary School Principals, the MO Association of Secondary School Principals and the MO Council of Career and Technical Administrators.Β  MSAPAC allows the more than 3,000 members of these organizations to stay engaged in the political process through endorsements and contributions to candidates who are strong supporters of public education.

β€œAlong with parents and family, educators are the foremost catalysts of imagination, learning, and civic involvement.Β  I will continue to fight for educators in the State Senate and for the pathways of opportunity we must all work together to create for our children,” said State Rep. Gina Walsh.
