April 7, 2011 - ST. Louis, MO – Cat In A Basket is presenting a Spring Shopping Boutique & Girl’s Day Out on April 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Wingate Hotel, St. Charles, MO. The event will feature local products and services by local St. Louis Mom’s, and proceeds will benefit The St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
There have been many local St. Louis Moms who have become entrepreneurs, opening up small home based businesses and contributing to the St. Louis economy by putting their creativity to work and selling unique products and services.
“There are so many Moms, including myself who have started our own business in this economy, juggling our families and building strong, successful businesses,” said Rachel Sarino, owner of Cat In A Basket. “I’m proud to be a part of this community and am organizing this event to support Moms like myself and bring awareness to a charity that is close to my heart, The St. Louis Crisis Nursery.”
