Vantage Employee Receives Community Recognition

Michael Crossno, Regional Manager for Bridgeton-based Vantage Credit Union, has been selected to receive the North County Incorporated (NCI) ‘30 Leaders In Their Thirties’ award. Winners will be recognized during an NCI reception on September 6 and will receive their awards at a luncheon on September 21, 2012, at the Norwood Hills Country Club.

Crossno, a Vantage employee of 13 years, was nominated by a longtime member. His official letter from NCI telling him he’d won the award came in August.

“I grew up in North County and have lived and worked here all my life,” said Crossno. “I feel fortunate that I’m in a position that allows me to give back to the community. It’s such an honor to be recognized by NCI.”

Nominees must live or work in North County, be a committed volunteer who uses his/her leadership skills to better the community, is someone who’s successful and is giving back to North County, and who, through proactive involvement, is helping to create a more livable community.
