This is a very touchy situation, so I will do my best to describe what we know. Aiden is 4 months old now. On October 10, 2012 he was admitted to Children's Hospital for a fractured skull on the left and right side of his head, with a black eye from blood draining from the brain into the eye. The MRI had shown multiple bruises on the brain. None of the doctors could tell us what extent of brain damage there could be, we may not know until he is 3-5 years old. Aiden does have medicade, however some of the doctors and test do not accept his insurance. He will also have therapy, and other expenses that his family cannot afford.
On November 18, 2012, we will be holding a benefit/silent auction on behalf of this innocent baby boy and his family, none of whom deserve to go through such a trauma. The benefit will take place at the Hazelwood Bowl, from 1pm-4pm. Even if you can't give any money, please just come to show your support against child abuse.
