Riverwood Place Condominium resident Zellipah Githui is having a
fundraising garage sale to benefit her 501c3 charity "The Rural Women's
Initiative of Kenya." She was recently featured in the St. Louis Post Dispatch
(see link below) for her extraordinary efforts in giving back to her community
in Kenya, Africa where she was able to raise enough money to educate her
township helping them to sustain themselves by growing new crops each season.
Her valiant efforts continue so I hope you can support her by shopping and /or
donating items to sell at her fundraising garage sale this Saturday,
April 21st from 7 am - 2pm at 2272 Riverwood Trails Drive in Riverwood Place
Condominiums. You can drop off items to by calling Zelli at
314-378-6452. All proceeds will go toward her next goal of raising $2,000 to
grow one crop for the entire township next season. Thus far she's raised $250
toward her new goal. Come on out to shop for gently used furniture, jewelry,
clothes, toys, books and other deals. All are welcome! Thank you!
