Trash bag couture. That's what the <a href="http://hlinstl.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=361040d3681e26e1828b6b74d&amp;id=f0a4a0744f&amp;e=f166038622" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Moonrise Hotel</a> and <a href="http://hlinstl.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=361040d3681e26e1828b6b74d&amp;id=cce6d68155&amp;e=f166038622" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Salvation Army St. Louis</a> served up Friday night at the <a href="http://hlinstl.us2.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=361040d3681e26e1828b6b74d&amp;id=6103023a69&amp;e=f166038622" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Garbage Bag Gala</a>. The Project Runway-like event highlighted The Salvation Army's homeless services as models showcased creations made of garbage bags and duct tape, created by some of St. Louis's top fashion designers. Models took both casual and evening wear looks to the runway, turning trash into high fashion.
