Hazelwood resident Derek Wooldridge was presented with a $4,000 scholarship to WGU Missouri on June 1.

John Hardin, Community Relations Manager at WGU Missouri, presented Derek with the scholarship at his workplace, Ascension Health, located in Edmundson.

Derek will soon begin his bachelor of science in business management degree at WGU Missouri.
