Midas Hospitality and MC Hotel Construction Hold Ribbon Cutting

Sister companies celebrate new headquarters with ceremony

Midas Hospitality, a premier hotel management group, and sister company MC Hotel Construction, a general contractor specializing in new hotel construction and renovations, recently held a ribbon cutting for their new headquarters located at 1804 Borman Circle Dr. in Maryland Heights.

The companies have a combined 45 employees. Their 20,000-square-foot building was purchased for $1.85 million, and MC Hotel Construction made $750,000 in renovations. Gray Design was the project’s architect.

Founded in 2006, Midas Hospitality has developed, opened and currently manages numerous properties including 26 hotels in 11 states. The company serves global brands including Hilton, IHG, Marriott, and Starwood.

MC Hotel Construction has built seven hotels, completed five renovations, and currently has seven projects under construction for Hilton, IHG, Marriott, and Starwood since its inception in 2010. The company has constructed hotels in Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, and South Carolina.
