Here's What's Sprouting Up New in Town

: One of the newest non-chain food locations to open in Hazelwood, the owners of Jo Jo's kitchen approached Hazelwood City Council in March seeking a land use permit for the restaurant. This is a breakfast den that converts to more "down-home" cooking for lunch and the early dinner crowd. This location is filling the space Mama G's left when it closed, as well as the building, located at 6849 Howdershell Road.

The Shutters are Closing on this Business

It seems the stop on roller skates has restaurants closing all over St. Louis. Both the St. Louis Mills location and the Florissant location on North Lindbergh have closed down. Other Sonic locations that have closed include the one in Dellwood on West Florissant.
