Easter Basket Decorating: Are you looking for a way to bond with your child over the Easter holiday? Head over to the , located at 1 James J. Eagen Drive in Florissant on at 10 a.m. Wednesday. There will be Easter basket decoration time, along with other arts and crafts and a light snack. The Easter bunny will be in the building, as well. Easter Eggstravaganza for Kids: The City of Hazelwood will host its Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. on Saturday. The city has been working with Valley Industries in preparation for the event and will have 14,000 hidden eggs for eager children, ages 10 and younger. There will be a bunny trail to the staging area at White Birch Park located at 1186 Teson Road. The park will be divided into five age divisions: children younger than 24 months, children 2 to 3 years old, children ages 4 to 5 years old, children ages 6 to 7 years old and children ages 8 to 10 years old. There will be a bike giveaway in each age group, and the Piwacket Children's Theater will present a "Puppet Jamboree" in the gymnasium inside the . This is a free event.
