Comments: No thermometers found in salad prep coolers; bread not covered at the bottom of prep table; food containers not stored properly; debris found on can opener; no test strips found to measure sanitizer concentration; no backflow prevention found on mop sink faucet.

Comments: No food safety certification found for person in charge; inspector explained proper hand washing procedures to employee; toilets not clean in womenβs restroom; mold growth found on tomatoes and cheese of walk-in cooler, and it was thrown away; raw meat stored next to ready-to-eat foods in walk-in cooler; food products not in original packaged were not labeled; knives stored with food debris and in-between wall and rack ; no water found at mop sink; hole found in menβs restroom; ceiling found to be leaking through entire building.

Comments: Proof of current vaccinations show to inspector; several items need to be fixed by next routine inspection, such as, caulk at handsinks; soiled hood filters; leaky faucet on sink; and cleaning of floors, walls, etc. on regular basis.
