Local realtors say prices aren't likely to fall soon, but note the Northland remains comparatively affordable and gives buyers a bit more leverage and time to negotiate than during the recent frenzy.
2. Kansas City Earns Kia Boyz Payout (tonyskansascity.com) — Kansas City has reached a settlement with Hyundai and Kia over years of vehicle thefts, and the money will go into the city's Violence Prevention Fund.
