β’ AI used to clone St. Louis County roofing company's website (firstalert4.com) β A longtime Kirkwood roofing company says someone used AI to clone its website, copy its testimonials, and pose as an Owens Corningβpreferred roofer to collect customer leads. The suspicious site has since been taken down, but the case highlights how easily local businesses can be impersonated online and why residents should double-check contractors with the BBB before hiring.
