Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale P.C. Adds Three Attorneys to its St. Louis and Belleville Offices
ST. LOUIS – Attorneys Michael C. Schroeder, Camille P. Toney and Alex J. Cornwell have joined the St. Louis-based Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale P.C. as associates. Schroeder and Toney will work in the firm’s St. Louis office while Cornwell will work in its Belleville office.
Cornwell is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in general civil and commercial litigation matters, including product liability and mass toxic tort litigation. During law school, he was a member of the board of advocates and served as lead articles editor for the Missouri Law Review.
Cornwell earned his law degree from University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law and a degree in business administration from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Mo.

Schroeder is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. He counsels clients on a variety of litigation matters. Prior to entering law school, Schroeder was a police officer for 11 years at several police departments in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Schroeder earned his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and a degree in business administration majoring in accounting from Columbia College, both in St. Louis, Mo.

Toney is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her practice includes counseling clients concerning all issues related to labor and employment law, including labor negotiations and disputes, employee discipline, employment discrimination, wage and hour issues, handbooks and restrictive covenants.
Toney earned her law degree and master’s in business administration jointly from the University of Alabama School of Law and the Manderson Graduate School of Business in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and a degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in Los Angeles, Calif.
While attending the University of Alabama School of Law, Toney was heavily involved in student organizations, including the American Constitutional Society (president), Phi Alpha Delta, Law Fraternity International (vice chair) and the Black Law Student Association. She also was research assistant to Professor Susan Pace Hamill, a highly-regarded business and tax law authority.
