Students at St. Paul's Lutheran School in Des Peres celebrated their school and their faith during National Lutheran Schools Week (Jan. 28-Feb. 2, 2013).
St. Paul's students began the week with a spiritual reunion. "It's become a tradition to kick off the week with a Monday morning Prayer Breakfast with our friends at River Roads Lutheran School in north St. Louis," said St. Paul's Principal Janet Profilet. "The student councils from both schools also put on a skit, sing and pray. It's a great time."
Other highlights included an Amazing Bible Race game, "special persons" days and a pep rally. The theme of this year's week was, "Baptized for this Moment," based on Acts 2:38-39.
