The Community of Understanding and Hope Book Group, co-sponsored by Kirkwood Public Library, will discuss, "Substitute Me: A Novel," by Lori Tharps, on Thursday, June 19, 7 p.m., in the meeting room of Kirkwood Public Library, 140 E.
