Louie the Chihuahua: Featured Adoptable Dog From the St. Louis Senior Dog Project

Louie is a young Chihuahua available for adoption through the St. Louis Senior Dog Project.

Little Louie is not a senior dog, but the St. Louis Senior Dog Project does help dogs of all ages! Louie has probably had a rough early life, he was found inside a shoebox by the backdoor of a Missouri rural shelter. Fortunately he was in good health and he is now in a foster home and ready to go to a forever home.

Louie is a happy, spunky little dog that would make a great family addition, however because of his small size his foster mom does recommend him going to a home without small children or very large dogs. He is crate trained and doing well in leash-walking, but most importantly he is ready to give some love and be loved!!!
