Building Pulitzer: Mechanical Systems

n this ongoing series of colloquia and tours, discover the

intricate and unique construction methods developed to the build Pritzker

Prize-winning architect Tadao Ando’s first public commission in the United

States. It took four years to construct the building that makes The Pulitzer

Foundation for the Arts an intersection of art, architecture, and human

experience.
