Karley Branch (15) is a sophmore at Kirkwood High School. Last April she was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma Cancer. She just finished a grueling 9 months of chemotherapy. To support Karley in her recovery from beating cancer, Chik-Fil-A is having an all day spirit day. All you have to do it visit the Chick-Fil-A on Manchester in Des Peres and say you are buying in support of Karley Branch. At the end of the day the Branch family will receive a percentage of the proceeds to put towards Karley's medical bills. Please spread the word and stop by Chick-Fil-A on Thursday, April 3rd!!!
