City of Bones Release Party at the Library

Missed out on the Twilight vampires and the Hunger Games competitors?  Now is your chance to discover a whole new series as it becomes the next big thing.  Your Kirkwood Public Library’s Teen Department will host a City of Bones Release Party on Friday, August 23rd from 5:30 pm – 7pm.   See if you have what it takes to survive a drink from the Mortal Cup!  Have your future told, take part in an obstacle course and watch clips from the film.  Prepare ahead of time by reading the novels of Cassandra Clare, or try a readalike such as Jim Fusilli’s A Well-Known Secret, Dennis Lehane’s Mystic River or Kelley Armstrong’s The Rising.  Sign up here to attend the festivities!
