Coldwell Banker Gundaker's Des Peres/Kirkwood Office Takes Local Veterans Fishing for Veterans Day

St. Louis, MO. (November 23, 2015) – This Veterans Day, independent sales associates and staff affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Des/Kirkwood office, took VA Home veterans for an afternoon of fishing at the August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area in St. Charles.

The afternoon outing coordinated by Kathy Leipholtz and Scott Hill independent sales associates in the Des Peres/Kirkwood office, started off with a cookout at the conservation area, where the Realtors and veterans got a chance to mingle. Following lunch, the sales associates helped veterans catch and release a hefty share of fish. Another outing is in the works for spring, 2016.

“It is a great honor to give back to our communities,” said Allen Rosen, manager of the Des Peres/Kirkwood office. “Many of these veterans are limited in outdoor activity, and accommodating to their needs was our number one priority. Everyone had a wonderful time.”
