A Shepherd’s Center Program 'Adventures in Learning'

Adventures in Learning classes are offered at the Shepherd's Center of Webster-Kirkwood. Classes are presented at 9:10 a.m., 10:10 a.m. and 11:10 a.m. until noon on Fridays. The cost includes breakfast served at 8:30 a.m.

This session is composed of the following classes:

9:10 a.m.

• Tai chi
• “Civil War in Missouri–Part 2” presented by Bob Eastin

10:10 a.m.

• The inside scoop on the Miss Missouri Pageant presented by Gina Evans, coach and treasurer of the Miss Gateway St. Louis Pageant
• “Heifer International Overview” presented by Jo Beck and Stan Richert
• Chair yoga
• Watercolors (This is a two-hour session.)

11:10 a.m.

• “Thanksgiving From Our Perspective” with the Rev. Robert Tabscott
• The gift of the sage part of licensed clinical social worker Helen C. Gennari's sessions on "gathering" the years of your life
• Line dancing
