The Kirkwood-Webster Groves Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) is sponsoring a holiday shopping event at Plowsharing Crafts in Kirkwood. Members and guests will then have dinner on their own at 7 p.m. at Amici's, 210 N. Kirkwood Rd. Please RSVP for the dinner by Tuesday, Dec. 6. Plowsharing Crafts provides meaningful income to artisans in partnership with Ten Thousand Villages, which works with more than 60,000 artisans in 35 countries. The public and anyone interested in learning more about AAUW is welcome to attend the shopping event.
