Tom Collichio was Top Chef of 2010, and he has a number of five-star restaurants. Schnucks will make some of his finest recipes: mini mortadella, grilled radicchio and pistachio vinaigrette, flat iron steak with cucumber and ginger salad with black chile mayonnaise and dreamsicle ice cream.
