If you spend enough time in the outdoors stuff happens! Minor injuries to life threatening emergencies can and do happen when you are hiking, camping, paddling, and biking. This class is an overview of basic first aid techniques that will allow you to successfully deal with whatever happens. While not a certification course, this Red Cross program will give you peace of mind in your outdoor pursuits.
