WHERE: Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis

WHY: Bank of America has strong long-term relationships with an array of institutions including museums, science centers, botanical gardens and aquariums in the United States and created Museums on Us to promote these institutions and provide a free cultural benefit to Bank of America and Merrill Lynch customers.

DETAILS: Photo ID and a valid Bank of America/Merrill Lynch credit or debit card must be presented at the time of visit. One free general admission limited to each cardholder at a participating institution, excluding fundraising events, special exhibitions and ticketed shows the first full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) of each month. Not to be combined with other offers.

Bank of America is offering its customers a way to kick off National Travel and Tourism Week with Museums on Us. Established in 1984, this week of recognition promotes the travel and tourism industry and its impact on local communities across the United States. Museums on Us is giving bank cardholders free admission to some of the most exciting cultural venues nationwide, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), Detroit Children’s Museum and the Houston Zoo, to encourage customers to celebrate the 28th year of National Travel and Tourism Week. As part of Museums on Us, more than 150 leading U.S. cultural institutions, in 91 cities across the country, open their doors to bank cardholders on the first full weekend of each month. Other upcoming weekends include: June 2-3 and July 7-8.

Museums on Us – a national program – includes some of the country’s favorite cultural institutions like the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA, Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, IL, Museum of Contemporary Art in Miami, FL and the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, CA.  For more information about Museums on Us, visit: http://museums.bankofamerica.com.
